As you may or may not have noticed, via your steam workshop you would've automatically downloaded an update for CUPS Vehicles, Weapons and Units last night. (3/01/17) and since then, the server took a million years to finally update to it and players have since been connecting normally.
HOWEVER a lot of players are getting kicked on connection. Mostly missing signature keys missing, or something to do with a .pbo in your @Cups_Vehicles, or whatever.
The easiest way to fix this problem is to essentially 'prune' up your addons folder in each of these CUPS mods.
1. Go to your @CUP Units\Addons folder and sort your files by date. All the relevant files you need to keep should be set on the date you got the update. For me it is 3/01/2017, the only other date i can see in my own folder is 18/04/2016 (When I got my last CUP Units stuff), delete all files that are clearly from an old batch. At the end of it, you should have 66 Files in your addons folder.
2. Go to your @CUP Vehicles\Addons folder and sort your files by date. Same routine as step 1; delete all files that are clearly from an old batch. At the end of it, you should have 190 Files in your addons folder.
3. Go to your @CUP Weapons\Addons folder and sort your files by date.Same routine as step 1; delete all files that are clearly from an old batch. At the end of it, you should have 162 Files in your addons folder.
Now you should be able to relaunch your arma 3 game and connnect to our server as before!
BUGS WITH THE NEW CUPS UPDATE
[FIXED]VIRTUAL GARAGE - Can store vehicles but can't fetch them. Will most likely disable until a fix is up.
ZOMBIE LOOT - Zombies aren't dropping set loot.

I will be using this post as a live feed of my changes and fixes, and also for scripts suggested by you guys to put in.If you like the look of a script in this list (or even one not in this list) and definitely want it in, throw a comment under this post saying "+1 x script/addon". I'll check out the compatabilities and do my best to add worth while, functional scripts that ultimately don't affect the servers performance.
Extended Base Mod - Changing crafting recipes for certain buildable items.
Towing - Removed Land Rover Ambulances from the traders, as well as the M1131 Ambulances due to inconsistencies with towing and kicks.
Revive - Watching for bugs, you will have to have a defribbulator from the Trader to use this. Equipment > First Aid. 2,000 Pop Tabs. Price Thoughts?
Base Painting - Can't find.
Spawning on Owned Territory - Looking into, will balance it by having suitable time restrictions til next respawn on custom spawn if it is added.
